Destiny Publications office hours are Monday-Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. All inquiries are answered by email
during office hours. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. are shipped
within two business days.
Our office will be closed on the following holidays: New
Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Your satisfaction with the product we sell is guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 10 days for a full refund. We do
not refund original shipping & handling charges unless
the return is due to an inaccuracy in description, in which
case we will also refund the cost of return shipping. There
are no returns on books on CD-ROM. If defective, a replacement
will be sent.

receipt of the item in the same condition it was shipped.
Please note that we

refund original shipping & handling charges except

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Express Mail - Next day delivery to most locations, guaranteed
or your money back.
Priority Mail - Cost effective delivery in an average of
2-3 days.
First-Class Mail -Letters, envelopes, and small packages
weighing 13 ounces or less.
Media Mail - Send books, film, printed music, sound recordings
and computer-readable media.
Parcel Post - Economical ground delivery
service for mailing gifts and merchandise in small and
large packages.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS Next Day Air Saver offers an affordable
delivery option for those important shipments that require
next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there in
the morning. We guarantee delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.
to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery
is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively.
Shipments to residential locations within the Next Day Air Saver area are
delivered by end of day. This service is not available to destinations where
UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day or is not available.
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time
delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding
intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the
second business day. This service is an economical alternative
for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight
or morning service. UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial
savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
UPS 3 Day The smart choice for time-sensitive
packages on a cost-sensitive budget. The ideal mix of economy
and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees
delivery within three business days to and from every address
in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Ground Guaranteed day-definite delivery
to every address within the 48 contiguous states. Prompt,
dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an
excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground
reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
